Dear participants in the Erzberg Rodeo,
Both riders and accompanying persons are forbidden without exception to drive over the Erzberg Rodeo area.
We would ask for your understanding of the fact that anyone contravening this will have to be excluded form the event for legal reasons!
Riders and accompanying persons are allowed to ride from the riders’ camp to the Erzberg Arena at walking pace only. Every vehicle must be identified with a competition number and a vehicle sticker (authorisation to ride into the riders’ camp). You will not be allowed to ride into the event site or the riders’ camp without your competition number and vehicle sticker.
Please note that only one vehicle per rider may be parked in the riders’ camp. Accompanying persons with their own vehicle must park their vehicle outside the riders’ camp.

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday (22nd – 24th May 2008) every starter has the option of taking part in the Rodeo-X EnduroCross in the Erzberg Rodeo Arena. The cost of taking part in the Rodeo-X EnduroCross for these 3 days is Euro 40, which is payable on the spot at the EnduroCross track.

Erzberg Rodeo Iron Road Prologue - First heat
New: Starting lights! On green riders have a maximum of 5 seconds to start.
After 180 metres a HOLESHOT measurement will be taken.
Important: All riders must take their rider’s card with them to the start – these will be scanned at the start and the finish.

Important: All riders must take their rider’s card with them to the start – these will be scanned at the start and the finish!
RETURN OF DEPOSITS:
Starters who have NOT specified ANY HARE SCRAMBLE may bring their rider’s card back to the race office in the operations building on Saturday before the close of racing once they have finished their 2nd prologue heat. It is not compulsory to bring the rider’s card back!

ISSUING OF HARE SCRAMBLE COMPETITION NUMBERS IN THE RACE OFFICE TENT
Competition numbers will be issued between 07.00 and 9.30 for everyone who has qualified for the Hare Scramble. You must bring your rider’s card from the prologue with you, as these will be exchanged for a new Hare Scramble card.
This new rider’s card (= transponder) can be stuck under one of the three competition numbers.
Your competition number with rider’s card must without fail be fixed on the front.
10.00 Riders meeting
10.30 Begin taking up starting formation
You must stop at every checkpoint. The transponder/rider’s card will be scanned and then you can ride off again. This procedure will last approximately 1-2 seconds.
REPAYMENT FOR RIDERS NOT QUALIFIED IN THE HARE SCRAMBLE IN THE RACE OFFICE IN THE OPERATIONS BUILDING:

Repayment of the difference of Euro 60 for everyone who has not qualified will take place on Sunday from 07.00 to 10.00. Payments can not be made after these times.
REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT:
Repayment of the EUR 5 deposit for riders’ cards will also take place on Sunday from 07.00 to 10.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00. It is not compulsory to bring your rider’s card back!
