Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2023: the World Xtreme Enduro Supreme is putting new measures on Hard Enduro sports
On June 8th the 27th edition of Red Bull Erzbergrodeo will kick off at the Styrian Erzberg. While the inhabitants of the little town of Eisenerz are eagerly awaiting thousands of motorcycle offroad racers from all over the world, some of the top contenders are already acclimatizing themselves at the “Iron Giant”.
It’s only 5 days until Red Bull Erzbergrodeo will be heading in its 27th edition, and the world’s unique motorcycle offroad event will set new measures at Erzberg – both in terms of sports and event development. There is a phalanx of six factory teams putting their top riders on the start of the different races, fighting for valuable points in the FIM Hard Enduro World Championships. Beside all the superstars of the currents Hard Enduro World Championship season, motorsports fans can look forward to see top riders from Enduro GP racing, Trials World Championship, US GNCC and Hard Enduro racing as well as riders from the Rally Raid World Championship. Then there is the next generation of Hard Enduro athletes, as Red Bull Erzbergrodeo is a part of the newly formed FIM Hard Enduro Junior World Championship. And of course there are thousands of ambitious privateers entering the race as well as the top riders of the national offroad racing series of 50 nations and all continents!
The top favourites for the toughest race in Hard Enduro sports have already arrived in Eisenerz and are acclimatizing themselves for the upcoming challenges. Manuel Lettenbichler, Graham Jarvis, Mario Roman and Austrias Hard Enduro top rider Michael Walkner have all been spotted by doing some light training sessions on their mountainbikes in the breathtaking nature around Erzberg.
Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Mastermind Karl Katoch is excited about the run of top riders on Red Bull Erzbergrodeo. “We expect extremely exciting racing action due to the density of international top riders. From Mitas Rocket Ride to Blakläder Iron Road Prolog to Red Bull Erzbergrodeo on Sunday there will be tough fights for every position. Even the Trial Xtreme Challenge on Friday and Saturday is expected to be highly competitive, as the winner will be awarded with a spot in the first starting row on Sunday!”, Katoch explains.
Visitors of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2023 can look forward to a whole lot of actionloaded entertainment during the four days event. Beside the races, which can be experienced in one of the many spectators areas alongside the racetracks, spectacular side events like the Louis One-On-One rider presentation on Friday and Saturday, the legendary Raid on Eisenerz powered by HDI or the popular Autograph Session at the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena will provide for maximum action. Another impressive highlight is a helicopter flight over the massive Erzberg compound which can be booked during the event at the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Heli-Port.

Marcel Hirscher enters his second attempt at the adventure of Red Bull Erzbergrodeo fully motivated and will talk about his personal expectations at the opening press conference on Thursday.

Red Bull Erzbergrodeo LIVE at ServusTV and Red Bull TV
Thousands of motorsports fans will experience the fight of the world’s best motorcycle offroad athletes against the mighty Erzberg on site. For all enthusiasts who can’t make it to erzberg, the race will be aired live on ServusTV and Red Bull TV. The live broadcast at ServusTV starts on June 11th 11:45 a.m. and will be hosted by Andreas Gröbl and motorsports expert Heinz Kinigadner. Additionally, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo livestream will be aired on the streaming platform ServusTV ON from 11:45 a.m.
The international livestream at Red Bull TV will start at 11:30 a.m., hosted by Pat Parnell and Rob Warner as well as by experts Darryl Curtis and Paul Bolton. The international livestream will be as well aired on the videowalls inside the Acerbis Action Arena at Erzberg.

According to the motto „we are the most music“ Austrian private radio station kronehit will be airing live out of their studio in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena to over 2 millions of listeners. Radio hosts Nicole Hammer and Christian Mederitsch will be right in the middle of action on all four days of the event and post their experiences on Instagram and facebook to more than 200.000 fans. The kronehit stage will host daily interviews with celebrities from sports and economy, while the radio DJ will take care of the atmosphere in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena.
